- using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to address your symptoms
- exploring your family of origin patterns using a Family Systems Theory approach
- discussing methods to control or eliminate addictive behaviours
- learning how mindfulness meditation can change your brain to change your life
- working in conjunction with your doctor if medication is desired, required or already prescribed
